Dani Bryant has been practising Hatha Yoga for more than a decade (since 1997), not just physically, but incorporating all the principles of Yoga into her daily routine. She qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the Bristish School of Yoga, runs local classes by evening, and includes all aspects of Yoga in her teaching, including some detox and cleansing Kriyas.
Minu Mandora is a member of the British Wheel of Yoga (www.bwy.org.uk) and has been practicing yoga since 1994 starting with her first teacher - Philip Jones, she attended Iyenger yoga classes with Padmasinga at the Buddhist Centre in Cardiff for some years before undertaking a Yoga foundation course with Ann Lewis (Vini Yoga); Minu completed her teacher diploma at the Mandala Yoga Ashram (Bihar School of Yoga) and has been teaching yoga since 2006. She has been part of Samye Foundation Wales since 2002.

Yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.
What is commonly referred to as "yoga" can be more accurately described by the Sanskrit word asana, which refers to the practice of physical postures or poses.
Asana is only one of the eight "limbs" of yoga, the majority of which are more concerned with mental and spiritual well being than physical activity. In the West, however, the words asana and yoga are often used interchangeably.
Qi Gong (also spelled Ch'i Kung) is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China.
It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi).
Qi Gong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind. In the past Qi Gong was also called nei gong (inner work) and dao yin (guiding energy).
10am - 12pm - Hatha Yoga for All Abilities, With Minu Mandora, £5 per week or £24 if you pay for 6 weeks at a time.
6:00 - 7:00pm - Qi Gong with Minu Mandora (starts 2nd September 2010), £5 per session

3:00 - 4:00pm - Mindfulness course (with Lorraine) Starts 21 June 2010

7:30 - 8:30pm - Meditation class for all (with Anthony)
