The Mindfulness and Wellbeing Centre for South Wales
Our peaceful and relaxing centre is located at 2a-4a, Cardiff Road, Caerphilly CF83 1JN.
In addition to a comfortable reception room with refreshment facilities and small library there are also three spacious, well-appointed therapy rooms available for hire, as well as the use of a 40 ft conference room, and a beautiful Tibetan Buddhist shrine room belonging to Kagyu Samye Dzong next door which is available to relax and find sanctuary.

Room Hire
If you would like to be part of the overall service that Samye Wales is offering the local community, why not get in touch to find out about hiring rooms in our premises? No need to move therapy beds, chairs, etc., simply turn up and see your clients in a warm and calming environment. We offer a membership plan in which you can reserve rooms online for the amount of hours you wish.
