This 8 Week Mindfulness Course will give you techniques to help you to remain calm and focused in your day to day activities. This course is ideal for people who are new to Mindfulness and wish to begin practicing. It is also suitable for people with some experience of Mindfulness in order to receive further instruction and improve the quality of their practice. The course is held over 8 weekly sessions of an hour and a half in duration and a retreat day is included.
Start date: Tuesday 31st October 2017
Retreat date: Saturday 16th December (10am – 4pm) – held in Caerphilly.
Time: 5.45pm – 7.15pm

Cost includes weekly course notes, a series of MP3’s (available on 2 CDs for a small charge of £6) and a full day retreat.
On the day retreat, we encourage all attendees to bring a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements, please remember to bring a suitable lunch.
Mindfulness courses in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at email@example.com or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can prepare the ramp to the front door.
Retreats are usually held in Caerphilly, which is up a flight of stairs. Therefore, please notify us during the booking process if you would need wheelchair access as we will arrange for the retreat to be held elsewhere to allow for access.
