This half-day mindfulness workshop will give you an insight into what mindfulness is and how it can be of benefit to you. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have previously attended one of our courses, this workshop will benefit you. Learn new techniques to help you to remain calm and focused in your daily life, or further your practice in a calm, supportive environment.
