The retreat day will start at 10am and end at 4pm. These days are usually held in silence, with guided practice by the trainer (Anthony Harris). These day retreats are ideal for beginners and also for those with experience of meditation. If you have completed an 8 week mindfulness course (or similar) or have gone further with your practice, these retreat days are an ideal way to "touch base" with your practice in a lovely, calm environment. An excellent opportunity to work with "beginner's mind".
These retreat days are donation-based (suggested donation £20). You do not have to attend every date.
