One Year Mindfulness Training Course 2017

One Year Mindfulness Training 2017
This One Year Mindfulness Training Programme will be held over 4 weekends of a year, with home practices to complete between sessions. During the modules, you will be guided through techniques to help you to remain in the present moment, thus reducing feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. There will be opportunities to give feedback about your experiences. You will receive a manual to accompany each weekend module.
This provides a solid foundation in Mindfulness Practice and a certificate of completion is awarded for attendance for all four weekends. You will book all weekends of this course at the same time and the money for the course will be collected via your payment card in four monthly instalments.
By joining this training it is expected that you will complete all four weekends of training in the location of your choice to minimise disruption to the group going through the training. If you cannot attend all four weekends it may be possible in certain circumstances for one of the weekends to be attended at a different time or location for an administration fee of £25 per weekend (if this applies to you then please contact info@mindfulnessassociation.net ). It is also expected that you will attend the whole of each weekend, although exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances by contacting your course tutor.
