7 Points of Mind Training Module 5
Whilst this event is part of an ongoing series it is also suitable for people who are new to mindfulness and would like to attend an introductory session.
Each half day retreat will be a combination of teaching and practice with time for reflection and advice. These teachings, rooted in Buddhist wisdom and totally applicable to our modern lives, help us to develop deeper mindfulness and compassion, and show us how to transform life's challenges and difficulties.
2pm - 5pm
Gelong Thubten gives generously of his time to run these fundraising events and our ability to run them is entirely supported by donations.
We suggest a donation of £20. No-one will be turned away for lack of funds but places are limited so
please book early by contacting email@example.com to avoid disappointment.
If you would like to be notified of upcoming events please sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of this page and you can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
