An unmissable opportunity to hear from internationally renowned speaker Gelong Thubten, Friday December 8th 2pm

We are delighted to be able to offer you a FREE talk with Gelong Thubten, who travels the world teaching companies such as Google, LinkedIn, Siemens and Accenture, on how to bring mindfulness into the workplace.

Thubten is a well-known Buddhist monk who offers non-religious training in the corporate world, health services and education. He is an international speaker and co-author of the book with Ruby Wax "How to Be Human: The Manual" which will be released in January 2017. Thubten was the mindfulness consultant for Marvel’s film Dr Strange, where he trained Benedict Cumberbatch and Tilda Swinton.

How it reduces stress and increases mental focus.

Practical techniques you can take with you. 

After the talk, there will be a chance to talk to Gelong Thubten and our C.E.O. Lorraine Harris to answer your questions about Mindfulness in the workplace and how Samye Foundation Wales can provide this valuable element of your wellbeing programme.
