Lucid Dreaming and Shadow Work Weekend Sat 17th & Sun 18th Feb
Lucid Dreaming and Shadow Work Weekend with Charlie Morley
This unique workshop combines teachings on both lucid dreaming (the art of becoming conscious with your dreams) and shadow work (the practice of integrating and transforming unloved psychological aspects) for the aims of personal development and spiritual growth.
The workshop will include an overview of the history, science and practice of lucid dreaming from both the Western and Tibetan Buddhist traditions, teachings on “how to lucid dream” and instructions on how to engage the wider spiritual benefits of lucid dreaming.
We will then explore how to meet, befriend and transform our shadow side in both our dreams and waking lives. But what is the shadow exactly? It is the part of us made up of all that we hide from others: our shame, our fears, our wounds but also our divine spirit, our blinding beauty and our hidden talents. And yet, until we bring it into the light this power will remain untapped and our full potential unreached.

Using practical “how to” shadow work exercises inspired by Tibetan Buddhism, Jungian psychology, Mexican shamanism, and lucid dreaming Charlie Morley will help us to embrace our shadow side with compassionate acceptance and manifest the awakened power of our inner gold.
