This spring, Heidi will be teaching Yoga at our centre twice a week.
On Tuesday evenings Heidi will teach a class for beginners and Wednesday evening will continue to be the intermediate class.
The new series of classes start on Tue 5th March and Wed 6th March.

Begin Yoga Together - (Beginners)
Start: Tue 5th March for six weeks (until 16th April)
Yogic Fundamentals can be hard to grasp when the classes flow on. So lets start Together.
No need for any experience in this easy to access class. Simple clear understandings of breath, movement and philosophy take us to the essence of Beginning a Yoga Practice.
Yoga with Heidi - (Intermediate)
Start: Wed 6th March for six weeks (until 17th April)
Yoga is a form of movement meditation which allows us to access planes of being that are often covered over by 'modern life'. By slowing the breath and body down we can gain knowledge of deeper intelligence which is always waiting to inform our daily lives.
The basis of my work is a blend of asana and meditation techniques to build resistance to distraction and to rewire the habitual mind into experiencing the ever present moment.
