The 8 Week Mindfulness course is a great starting point for your Mindfulness journey if you're entirely new to meditation. If you've been practicing for some time, or if you used to practice but haven't for a while, taking the course is an excellent way to refresh your practice and improve your understanding of the material.
We recommend that people begin their practice with this course and, when you're ready, we have more advanced courses that you can take.
We deliver the 8 Week Mindfulness course regularly throughout the year, so there's always a new course coming up. This year, we're running a Mindfulness Summer School which is a 2 day intensive course that covers the full 8 Week Course Material, ideal for those with hectic schedules.
If you aren't able to make the scheduled class times or need further instruction on specific points, our trainers offer 1:1 Mindfulness Sessions and can deliver specific material you have missed or need help with, or the full 8 Week Mindfulness Course.
If you have previously done the 8 Week course with either Anthony or Lorraine as the trainer, you may find it helpful to go through the course with again with another trainer.
8 Week Mindfulness Course
This 8 Week Mindfulness Course will give you techniques to help you to remain calm and focused in your day to day activities. This course is ideal for people who are new to Mindfulness and wish to begin practicing. It is also suitable for people with some experience of Mindfulness in order to receive further instruction and improve the quality of their practice. The course is held over 8 weekly sessions of an hour and a half in duration and a retreat day is included.

Cost includes course notes, a series of MP3’s (available on 2 CDs for a small charge of £6).
We are not attaching a retreat day to this course but there will be retreat days in September which you will be able to attend. The suggested donation for which is £20.
Wheelchair Accessibility: Mindfulness courses in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at email@example.com or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can prepare the ramp to the front door.
