Mindfulness has been shown to have a direct positive impact on business performance. Mindfulness can help increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and improve retention. By improving employee focus, ability to work under pressure and by enhancing clarity of decision making, employee well-being is improved and your business performance boosted.
We have worked with many local businesses as well as large organisations such as Google, Siemensm, Morrisons and Lloyds Bank to bring the benefits of mindfulness to their businesses. Our team of mindfulness trainers are fully qualified and highly experienced.
We offer a range of Mindfulness for Business programmes that can be tailored to suit your needs and budget whatever the size of your business. Training can be arranged on-site or we can welcome you to our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff.
