The practice of mindfulness can be quite an isolated process. However, it is well known that one’s mindfulness practice can really benefit from being in touch with other mindfulness practitioners.
Through joining our Mindful Friends group you will have the opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice with the support of experienced mindfulness practitioners as well as study and practice with like-minded people.
Benefits of Mindful Friends also includes monthly meet-ups as well as monthly silent retreat days. You can also enjoy annual group outings and 20% discounts on our courses and gifts.
Mindful Friends days are completely flexible. You can attend the retreat day or meet-up, or both.
We would love to welcome you to our Mindful Friends group based in our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff.
Silent retreat days take place between 10 am and 4 pm. Please bring something vegetarian to share for lunch.
Group meet-ups take place between 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm

Mindful Friends Days will take place on Saturdays throughout the year.

If you have already completed an 8-week Mindfulness course or equivalent then Mindful Friends is for you. Join for just £20 per month.
