This summer, for the first time, we're offering a Mindfulness Summer School. It's a two day version of our ever popular 8 Week Mindfulness Course.
This is an intensive course that covers all the normal material, so it's a great way for you to kickstart your practice of Mindfulness if you're new to meditation.
If you've been on our 8 Week Mindfulness Course before, these 2 days will be a wonderful opportunity to cover the material again, with an expert teacher. Improve your understanding of the exercises, get advice that will help you deepen your practice and make sure you're on the right path.
Perhaps you've taken a break from practicing and want to use the course to get you back on your journey? Whatever your reason, we're sure that beginners and those already practicing will all benefit from attending this course.
Mindfulness Summer School
This two day course will cover all the content of an 8 Week Mindfulness Course and will give you techniques to help you to remain calm and focused in your day to day activities. This course is ideal for people who are new to Mindfulness and wish to begin practicing. It is also suitable for people with some experience of Mindfulness who would like to to receive further instruction and improve the quality of their practice.

Once you have paid via the website, you will be sent a booking form.
Please fill it in and return it to email@example.com or by post. Please note that your booking is not considered confirmed until you have returned your completed booking form as it contains information that we require before we can complete your registration.
Cost includes course notes, a series of MP3’s (available on 2 CDs for a small charge of £6).
We are not attaching a retreat day to this course but there will be retreat days in September which you will be able to attend. The suggested donation for which is £20.
As these are full day courses, we encourage all attendees to bring a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements, please remember to bring a suitable lunch.
Lunch breaks will be in the Tibetan Tea Room and we will aim to have a volunteer on site to help out over lunch.
Wheelchair Accessibility: Mindfulness courses in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can prepare the ramp to the front door.
Youth Mindfulness Summer School

Would you like to learn how to be more calm in your daily life?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then maybe you would like to come along in the August holidays to one of our Mindfulness Summer School programs.
We will be running courses for children and adults over the summer, at our beautiful, relaxing centre in Canton.
We're working on the details of the program for our youth summer school and we need to hear from you so that we can get a clear idea of the number of youngsters who might be attending.
It would be helpful to know how many children you have that might want to attend and their approximate ages. This will let us work out exactly what classes we should offer. Our trainer has lots of experience delivering Mindfulness for children and will tailor the courses appropriately.
