She completed the teacher training at the Mandala Yoga Ashram, Carmarthenshire. She has been teaching yoga since 2006. She also started a meditation practice in 1994 and has continued to attend courses to deepen her practice.

‘The Asanas (in yoga) are specific body positions which open the energy channels. They are tools to higher awareness and provide the stable foundation for our exploration of the body, breath, mind and beyond’. Bihar School of Yoga.

Minu became interested in Qigong in 1990 after practicing Yang style Tai Chi for a short time in Bradford. She trained in 2010 to teach Qigong Shibashi 18 – with Sifu Cheung.

Minu has been part of KSD/SFW since 2004 and has been involved in supporting the work and has received many teachings over the years. She has attended a month long silent retreat with Rob Nairn in South Africa, November 2007. She is fortunate to have attended many courses from numerous teachers over the years and these include: Anthony Harris, Thubten, Donal Creedon, Clive and Ken Holmes.

Minu is very grateful to all her teachers who have so generously shared their learning, compassion and mindfulness.
