Monika qualified as a teacher in 2015 with Richard Adamo at the British Wheel of Yoga and has recently come back from a month at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre, India.
Tuesday Mornings Beginners 6 Week Yoga Course
6 sessions for £36
The beginners course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe environment. It is perfect for people who like to learn sequentially. You will also learn key yoga postures and the fundamentals of yoga practice such as the importance of breath and alignment.
25th April : Sun salutations & some standing postures
2nd May: Forward bends, extensions and twists
9th May: Back bends & core strengthening
16th May: Balances & breathing practices
23rd May: Inversions
30th May: Bringing it all together - vinyasa flow transitions
The class will be limited to at most 10 committed students so you will get lots of individual attention to progress quickly.
For personal hygiene please bring your own mat, blanket, block (s) if you have any.
