1 to 1 Lorraine – 8 Week Block Booking
Lorraine can offer 1 to 1 Mindfulness sessions at either of our centres (Cardiff and Caerphilly), or via Skype. This can be helpful for some students because it offers more customised teaching based on their progress, can be scheduled for different time slots so is more flexible and some people may feel more comfortable discussing their practice privately rather than in a class setting.
Sessions can be held during the day or early evening, subject to the schedule of the trainer and the student. A one to one session can also be useful to a student that wishes to go over a specific aspect of Mindfulness but is not able to retake the full course.
Each session is an hour and a quarter. You can book single sessions as you go but we are currently offering a block booking discount for anyone who wishes to book an entire 8 Week Mindfulness course before the end of November 2017.
The cost per session is £40 for individual bookings or £320 for 8 sessions. The discount to £240 brings this cost down to £30 per session. Sessions will be scheduled with email@example.com according to the availability of the trainer and the student.
