7 Weeks of Mindfulness 7.30am PDT Mondays Only


Lorraine will be leading mindfulness meditation sessions every Mon-Fri, timed to support people in Los Angeles and California in the morning (or mid-morning in New York and mid-afternoon in London).

As we stay at home and protect our communities through social distancing, we can look after our well-being by keeping up with our meditation and mindfulness practise. 

Everyone who is available at the time, is welcome to attend these online sessions. 

This product is for MONDAY sessions only, for 7 weeks from the week beginning Mon 11th May. 

Our trial period went extremely well and proved very popular so we now feel confident that we can open this up to the wider world.

The Basics:

  • 7 x 1 hour guided meditation sessions at 7.30am PDT
  • Accessible in any time zone, provided you are available at the time
  • Under £3 per session – normal price, £5 per session
  • Monday sessions
  • If you want to practice up to five times a week get 7 weeks Mon-Fri* for £69 instead
  • This block booking begins Mon 11th May and ends Mon 22nd June

This represents excellent value as you get access to up to 7 sessions of guided meditation, for the bargain price of £19 which is approximately $24 USD. Please note that the exchange rate from your credit card provider may vary a little. Payments are processed through Paypal. 

Please note this series of guided meditations runs for 7 consecutive weeks, on Mondays a total of 7 sessions.

The first session is on Monday 11th May and the final session is Monday 22nd June.

You do not have to attend all sessions to benefit, as this is not a course but a regular practice session, although you will obviously benefit by attending more sessions. 

*We have two block booking bundles available. One for 35 sessions, on sale for £69 and the other, for 7 sessions for £19. For the 7 session booking, you have to pick a day of the week e.g. Monday for 7 weeks or Wednesday for 7 weeks. 

We urge you to book this 35 session bundle if you’re planning to practice with us more than three times a week, as it’s cheaper per session and you can come on any day you choose as well. 

Either way, you’re still paying less than the price of a cup of coffee at a cafe, for an hour of expertly guided meditation practice, and the sense of community that knowing your online with other people brings.

Zoom – How it works


  • We use Zoom which is very user friendly. To participate in the online sessions you will need to download the Zoom App. This is free.
  • You can download it here and it is available for PC, Mac and your phone.
  • Once you buy this product, you will receive links to the session for each day.
  • You need to register for each session
  • You will then receive an email containing information about joining the meeting.
  • Please make sure you follow the instructions in that email.
