8 Month Mindfulness Course
If you are looking to further deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive and consistent environment then the 8 Month Mindfulness Course is for you. Each year this weekly course is customised to the needs of participants. Underpinning the teaching is the importance of loving kindness and compassion in developing mindfulness practice. Two retreat days are included in the course.

The course takes place at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff. Each weekly session is facilitated by tutor Anthony Harris who has been a practitioner of meditation and mindfulness for over 30 years. He is also a qualified psychotherapist and mindfulness instructor.
Two retreat days included in the course. We encourage all attendees to bring a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements, please remember to bring a suitable alternative.
