8 Week Daytime Tue 12th March
This 8 Week Mindfulness Course will give you techniques to help you to remain calm and focused in your day to day activities. This course is ideal for people who are new to Mindfulness and wish to begin practicing. It is also suitable for people with some experience of Mindfulness in order to receive further instruction and improve the quality of their practice. The course is held over 8 weekly sessions and a retreat day is included.
We are trying out a time slot in office hours to gauge demand for daytime courses. We’ve picked this early time slot to cater to parents whose children may be at nursery school, shift workers and retirees.
There will be a break in this course to account for Easter/Half Term. Please note the dates given.

Cost includes weekly course notes and a full day retreat.
On the day retreat, we encourage all attendees to bring a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements, please remember to bring a suitable lunch.
Wheelchair Accessibility: Mindfulness courses in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at email@example.com or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can prepare the ramp to the front door.
