This 8 Week Mindfulness Course is ideal if you are new to mindfulness and wish to learn new techniques. Mindfulness can help you remain calm and focused in your daily activities as well as help you handle stress and difficult feelings. The course is also ideal if you have some experience of mindfulness and wish to enhance your practice.
