Advanced Mindfulness Workshop

If you have some experience of mindfulness and are practising mindfulness regularly then this Advanced Mindfulness workshop offers the opportunity to learn advanced mindfulness techniques that can help you handle unpleasant emotions as well as provide other benefits in your daily life.

Written by Samye Foundation Wales’ Director Gelong Thubten (a Buddhist monk since 1993) the workshop is also suitable if you simply wish to refresh your mindfulness skills and/or prepare for our Advanced Mindfulness course . We aim to run this workshop on a regular basis so you are welcome to attend all presentations of the workshop as part of ongoing support for your mindfulness practice.

The course takes place at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff. Each weekly session is facilitated by tutor Lorraine Harris who is an experienced tutor of mindfulness. Lorraine is a member of the UK Mindfulness Teachers Network as well as a Lead Tutor for the Mindfulness Association. She has also trained with Rob Nairn.

This Workshop is only £20
