Compassion Based Living (8 weeks)
If you have already attended an 8 week mindfulness course or equivalent and are practicing mindfulness regularly, then the Compassion Based Living Course (CBLC) is for you.
This 8 week course is based on the Mindfulness Association’s Compassion Training and will help enrich your mindfulness practice. You will learn more about how compassion can not only benefit you as a mindfulness practitioner but also benefit you in your everyday life.

The course takes place at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff. Each weekly session is facilitated by tutor Lorraine Harris who is an experienced tutor of mindfulness. Lorraine is a member of the UK Mindfulness Teachers Network as well as a Lead Tutor for the Mindfulness Association. She has also trained with Rob Nairn.
MP3 recordings are provided to accompany your training, and there is also a retreat day included in the course.
