Guided Mindfulness Retreat Days
This mindfulness (guided) retreat day is suitable for those with some mindfulness experience but it is also suitable for beginners. Although the day is in complete silence, you will be guided through the exercises within each session. You will be encouraged in your breaks to try and be mindful with eating and drinking, and to be mindful of the silence. It is a precious opportunity to have this time for you and your mind, as normally we can get caught up in the busy humdrum of life.
If you would like to arrive early it will give you time to have refreshments in the tea room and have time to chat with others before the retreat starts.

All retreat days are held at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff from 10 am until 4 pm. We encourage you to bring along a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements please bring along a suitable lunch.

Mindfulness courses & retreats in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can put the portable ramp in place to allow access.
