Unguided Silent Retreat Day
This Unguided Silent Retreat Day is suitable for those who already practise mindfulness or meditation. The gong will be rung at intervals throughout the day. You can alternate your sitting practise with walking practise in the garden or inside. You will be encouraged in your breaks to try and be mindful with eating and drinking, and also to be mindful in silence. It is a precious opportunity to have this time for you and your mind, as normally we can get caught up in the busy humdrum of life.
If you would like to arrive early it will give you time to have refreshments in the tea room and have time to chat with others before the retreat starts.

All retreat days are held at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff from 10 am until 4 pm. We encourage you to bring along a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements please bring along a suitable lunch.

We run regular mindfulness retreat days as part of our Mindful Friends scheme which offer you further opportunity to enhance and nourish your mindfulness practice.
Each retreat day is available individually, or to subscribers to the Mindful Friends scheme.
They are followed by a group chat in the evening which is exclusive to subscribers to Mindful Friends.
Mindfulness courses & retreats in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at email@example.com or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can put the portable ramp in place to allow access.
