Mindfulness for a Calmer You Workshop
Learn mindfulness techniques to help bring balance and calm to your life
Modern life can be busy and at times stressful. We can easily become distracted and find ourselves developing habits that may not be helpful to our sense of well-being.
This workshop is an introduction into how we can use mindfulness and meditation techniques to help nourish a sense of calm and balance in our daily lives.
We will look at the role of mindfulness in our lives, why it really works and how it works. Through looking at the discoveries of evolutionary psychology and neuroscience, we will gain an understanding of why mindfulness can be a profound skill we can all develop.
This workshop is facilitated by Anthony Harris who is an experienced tutor of mindfulness and meditation as well as being a qualified Core Process Psychotherapist.
