Mindfulness for Menopause: 4 Week Course
If you are experiencing symptoms of menopause and would like to find out how mindfulness techniques can help, our Mindfulness for Menopause course is for you.
You will learn new skills in a range of mindfulness techniques that can benefit you in your everyday life and you will have the opportunity to further develop as a mindfulness practitioner.
This course is ideal as a follow-on course if you have attended our Mindfulness for Menopause workshop but it is also suitable if you are new to mindfulness. All are welcome to attend and explore menopause in a safe and welcoming environment.
The workshop is held at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff. It is facilitated by Lorraine Harris who is a Mindfulness Association accredited teacher and also has first-hand experience of the menopause.

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists has indicated that women going through the menopause may benefit from mindfulness to help manage their symptoms. You can read more about this here.

Refreshments are available in our Tibetan Tea Room after the course.
