Mindfulness for Menopause: 4 Week Course

If you are experiencing symptoms of menopause and would like to find out how mindfulness techniques can help, our Mindfulness for Menopause course is for you.

You will learn new skills in a range of mindfulness techniques that can benefit you in your everyday life and you will have the opportunity to further develop as a mindfulness practitioner.

This course is ideal as a follow-on course if you have attended our Mindfulness for Menopause workshop but it is also suitable if you are new to mindfulness. All are welcome to attend and explore peri-menopause/menopause in a safe and welcoming environment.

The course is facilitated by tutor Lorraine Harris who is an experienced tutor of mindfulness. Lorraine is a member of the UK Mindfulness Teachers Network as well as Lead Tutor for the Mindfulness Association. She has also trained with Rob Nairn.

“This course really helped me. Lorraine is a lovely tutor and I enjoyed being able to chat with others experiencing similar challenges. It reminded me that I am not alone” (Course participant)

Refreshments are available in our Tibetan Tea Room after the course. We look forward to welcoming you to the centre.

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists has indicated that women going through the menopause may benefit from mindfulness to help manage their symptoms. You can read more about this here.
