Mindfulness for Menopause workshop
If you are experiencing symptoms of menopause and would like to find out how mindfulness techniques can help, our Mindfulness for Menopause Workshop is for you.
You will learn new skills in mindfulness techniques that can benefit you in your everyday life and you will have the opportunity to explore the subject of menopause in a safe and welcoming environment.
The two hour workshop is held at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff. It is facilitated by Lorraine Harris who is an experienced trainer in mindfulness and also has first-hand experience of the menopause.

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists has indicated that women going through the menopause may benefit from mindfulness to help manage their symptoms. You can read more about this here.

Time: The Mindfulness for Menopause workshop runs from 9.30am to 11.30am on selected Saturday mornings at our Mindfulness centre

Refreshments are available in our Tibetan Tea Room after the course.
