Mindfulness Foundation Course
If you are new to mindfulness or wish to refresh your mindfulness skills then our 2 hour mindfulness foundation course is for you. You will gain insight into what mindfulness is and how it can be of benefit to you. In a welcoming and supportive environment, our experienced tutors will guide you in learning new techniques that can help you remain calm and focused in your daily life.

Time: All Mindfulness Foundation Courses run from 9.30am to 11.30am on Saturday mornings at our Mindfulness centre
Venue: 250 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff, CF5 1GZ
Wheelchair Accessibility: Our Mindfulness centre is fully wheelchair accessible and a wheelchair accessible toilet is available. Please contact us at email@example.com or call 02920 228 040 so we can prepare the access ramp in advance of your visit.
Refreshments are available in our Tibetan Tea Room after the course.
