Mindfulness Retreat Days
We run regular mindfulness retreat days as part of our 8 Week Mindful Course which offer you further opportunity to enhance and nourish your mindfulness practice.
Retreat days are held in silence but our experienced mindfulness tutors will guide and support you. You are welcome to join a retreat day even if you are not currently engaged in an 8 Week Mindfulness Course.

All retreat days are held at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff from 10 am until 4 pm. We encourage you to bring along a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements please bring along a suitable lunch.
Please note that silent retreat days are not suitable for a first experience of mindfulness. If you have not tried mindfulness before you are welcome to try one of our ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ workshops.

We encourage all attendees to bring a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements, please remember to bring a suitable lunch.

Notes: Please note that all retreat days are now held in our Cardiff centre.
Mindfulness courses & retreats in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at email@example.com or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can put the portable ramp in place to allow access.
