Mindfulness Retreat Days

We run regular mindfulness retreat days as part of our 8 Week Mindful Course which offer you further opportunity to enhance and nourish your mindfulness practice.

Retreat days are held in silence but our experienced mindfulness tutors will guide and support you. You are welcome to join a retreat day even if you are not currently engaged in an 8 Week Mindfulness Course.

“The retreat day was amazing! Having the opportunity to consolidate all I have learned in a compassionate, supportive environment has given me the confidence to maintain my practice.” (Course participant)

All retreat days are held at our dedicated mindfulness centre in Cardiff from 10 am until 4 pm. We encourage you to bring along a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements please bring along a suitable lunch.

Please note that silent retreat days are not suitable for a first experience of mindfulness. If you have not tried mindfulness before you are welcome to try one of our ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ workshops.

Venue: 250 Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff CF5 1GZ

We encourage all attendees to bring a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements, please remember to bring a suitable lunch.
