Mindfulness Retreat Day
There is a retreat day included with each 8 Week Mindfulness Course that we run. These retreat days are also open to people who are not on the 8 Week course they are attached to. If you would like to attend more retreat days, you may book this product and select the appropriate day.
The next dates are:

Sat 26th January – Anthony
Sat 9th February – Lorraine
Sat 23rd March – Anthony
Note: These retreat days are aimed at people who have completed or are on an 8 Week Mindfulness Course. They are open to those not on the course to allow people to attend additional retreat days during the year. The retreat days are held in silence and are not suitable for a first experience of Mindfulness. If you are new to Mindfulness and would like to try it for the first time, we recommend our Introduction to Mindfulness half day workshops.

We encourage all attendees to bring a vegetarian lunch suitable for sharing. If you have special dietary requirements, please remember to bring a suitable lunch.
We suggest a donation of £20 but nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.

Notes: Please note that all retreat days are now held in our Cardiff centre.
Mindfulness courses & retreats in Cardiff are taught on our ground floor where there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact us prior to your visit at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 02920 228 040 should you need wheelchair access so we can put the portable ramp in place to allow access.
