Mindfulness Summer School Level 1
The course will cover all the content of an 8 week Mindfulness course and will teach you techniques to help you remain calm and focused in your day to day activities. This course is ideal for people who are new to mindfulness and wish to begin practising. It is also suitable for people with some experience of mindfulness who would like to receive further instruction and improve the quality of their practise.

The 2 days are facilitated by tutor Lorraine Harris who is an experienced tutor of mindfulness, Lorraine is a member of the UK Mindfulness Teachers Network as well as a Lead Tutor for the Mindfulness Association. MP3 recordings are provided to accompany your training, as well as notes, You will also receive a certificate of completion for Level 1 Mindfulness Training.
This 2 day intensive Mindfulness course at our dedicated Mindfulness Centre in Cardiff has easy access for those who are working in Cardiff. Easy accessible by bus, bike or car
Dates: We will be running this course twice, once in July and once in September. Dates for the courses are:
-Thursday 4th July – Friday 5th July
-Thursday 12th September – Friday 13th September
Time: Both days will be 09:30 – 15:00.
