Mindfulness with the Elements
Weekend retreat: 3 full days and one 1/2 day £120 inclusive of all vegetarian meals – breakfast, lunch and supper
Working with the Elements is an urban retreat devoted to the exploration of the elements in nature and their corresponding expression and balance within our minds and bodies. This will be explored through working with the elements as they present themselves in our environment as well as specific meditations and corresponding Hatha Yoga exercises. This exploration will be supported by the use of arts materials.
The retreat will be held at our Cardiff Mindfulness Centre, giving the choice of travelling back home each day or staying at the centre for a more immersive experience for only £15 per night. Those who wish to stay at the centre will need to bring their own sleeping bags. The retreat includes all vegetarian meals for the weekend.
