Mini-Mindfulness (Mindfulness for Children)

Our Mini-Mindfulness sessions provide a playful introduction to Mindfulness, and give children practical and fun activities to take away with them which they can then use to improve well-being, attention and awareness.


We will focus on the senses….no lengthy talks, no long meditations, just some guided exercises and some freedom to explore with curiosity.


We will be running more Mini-Mindfulness sessions during 2020. Please check back for details of dates and times. Sessions are suitable for children aged 6 to 11 years. 


Children must be accompanied by an adult. Numbers of children on each session are limited so booking in advance is essential. Please book a free ticket for each child attending. 


These sessions are run by Byron Harris, founder of Harris Plus Health Ltd. and an experienced teacher of Mindfulness as well as being an accredited Counsellor. Byron has worked with young people in different settings for 15 years.
