Online Mindfulness Meditation with Anthony

During these times of uncertainty Samye Foundation Wales is offering new online mindfulness meditation sessions with Anthony. As we stay at home and protect our communities through social distancing, we can look after our well-being by keeping up with our meditation and mindfulness practise. All are welcome to attend these online sessions.


Anthony’s online sessions will be held on Mondays at 6 pm, Tuesdays at 6 pm, Wednesdays at 7.30 pm and Thursdays at 12.30 pm. All sessions last for approximately one hour.


We use Zoom which is very user friendly. To participate in the online sessions you will need to download the Zoom App. This is free.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Please make sure you follow the instructions in that email.
