Online Mindfulness Meditation with Lorraine

During these times of uncertainty Samye Foundation Wales is offering new online mindfulness meditation sessions with Lorraine. As we stay at home and protect our communities through social distancing, we can look after our well-being by keeping up with our meditation and mindfulness practise. All are welcome to attend these online sessions.

 

Lorraine’s online sessions will be held on Monday to Friday at 8 am. All sessions last for approximately one hour.

 

We use Zoom which is very user friendly. To participate in the online sessions you will need to download the Zoom App. This is free.

Please note that Lorraine is taking a break so there are no sessions week beginning Mon 11th. These free sessions are, like the drop-ins in our centre, supported by donations. There will be some paid sessions at 3.30pm BST and you can find that product on the shop. A new batch of 5 weeks of sessions will start Monday 18th May.
