Starting your Mindfulness Journey


This 4 week Mindfulness course will give you an understanding of what mindfulness is through experiential practise within the sessions. You will be able to identify situations in your daily life that lead to anxiety and stress, and learn how to apply mindfulness when these symptoms arise. You will learn to become more grounded within your day which will lead you to become more focused and calm. You will also be encouraged to keep journals on your Mindfulness journey.


This course takes place at our dedicated Mindfulness centre in Cardiff. The course is facilitated by tutor Lorraine Harris who is an experienced tutor of mindfulness. Lorraine is a member of the UK Mindfulness Teachers Network as well as a Lead Tutor for the Mindfulness Association. She has also trained with Rob Nairn.
