Transforming Life’s Challenges Through Mindfulness with Gelong Thubten (Part 4)


Samye Foundation Wales is delighted that Tibetan Buddhist monk Gelong Thubten returns to continue teaching the course ‘Transforming Life’s Challenges through Mindfulness’. Part 4 will take place on Tuesday 21st January 2020 from 7 pm until 9 pm at Llanover Hall Arts Centre, Cardiff. Details and map of venue can be found on Eventbrite. Gelong Thubten will present an ongoing course on mindfulness and meditation over the coming months. This can be followed as a step by step training, but people are welcome to come to individual sessions or to join at any time. There will be a special focus on how to work creatively with life’s challenges and difficulties. Thubten will explain methods that help transform unhappiness into joy through developing resilience, strength and compassion. There will be a combination of theory and practice, with time for questions.
