Transforming Life’s Challenges Through Mindfulness with Gelong Thubten

Please note that due to the popularity of this ongoing course, this session on 14th December 2019 will now take place at St Fagans Village Hall to accommodate the large numbers of people who wish to attend. St Fagans Village Hall is situated in the car park of the Plymouth Arms, on Crofft-Y-Genau Road in the middle of St Fagans Village. The postcode is CF5 6DU.

Gelong Thubten will present an ongoing course on mindfulness and meditation over the coming months. This can be followed as a step by step training, but people are also welcome to come to individual sessions or to join at any time. There will be a special focus on how to work creatively with life’s challenges and difficulties. Thubten will explain methods that help transform unhappiness into joy through developing resilience, strength and compassion. There will be a combination of theory and practice, with time for questions.

This session will take place on Saturday 14th December 2019.  Booking a ‘Seat Reservation’ ticket in advance is essential. The last session of this course sold out.  Please book early to avoid disappointment. There is a suggested donation of £20 for each session and a donation bowl will be available at the door.

The course will continue next year. Dates and times to be confirmed.
