"I found the 8 week mindfulness course to be of enormous benefit. It was not what I had expected, since the practice is grounded in a very practical way, and given the excellent teaching of Lorraine, who approached the teaching with kindness and in a non-judgemental way, enabled me to experience what mindfulness is, and decide on how i may practice in the future.

I have a very stressful life , this course allowed me to learn how I might enjoy life again and begin to see my life in a fresh way.  The term I would use to describe the course is ‘enlightening’, but in a very positive and straightforward way. I would fully recommend the course to those who want to learn about what mindfulness practice is , and is a good place to start so as to make up your mind if mindfulness is right for you.
